Paintings
Painting is one of my newest art forms I’ve taken on. While working with a camera has been my go to, I started playing with textures on canvas and fell in love. Once I had created over 40 artworks I applied to the Santa Barbara Arts & Crafts Show where I now sell my art on Sundays. The depth in the texture allow shadows to change the appearance of the art. In a way it makes it a living art as it changes with the light throughout the day. It also makes you want to feel it, triggering your curiosity. The colors make it come together, and everyone has colors that speak to them, the goal is finding the ones that do and letting me create something out of it.
Photography
My interest for photography started in high school and where I took my first photography class. I started with a little compact camera then moved to a film camera which I shot with for a few years until I saved up for a Canon DSLR camera. I love to go on walks with my camera and shoot what catches my eyes. I have a wide collection of nature prints from years of traveling, hiking, and being outside enjoying nature’s visual greatness. I also love to do photoshoots including family, engagement, & couple as Santa Barbara offers great backdrops for portraits of any kind. For any photo needs you can come to me.
